Meet The Team
The team behind Barnard Financial Group is made up of qualified financial professionals who are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their ideal retirements.
Jeffrey A. Barnard President
Jeff Barnard is an Investment Adviser Representative. After determining where clients are in their planning process, his goal is to assist them in the development of a strategic plan and then manage their assets to help them accomplish that plan.
He regularly leads financial workshops at churches, social clubs and community centers, discussing financial and life care options. He enjoys the challenge of needs-based planning and realizes that what is suitable for one individual may not necessarily be right for another.
The development of the Barnard Financial Group has been Jeff’s life goal. Through a network of insurance professionals throughout the Southeast, he provides legacy planning, life insurance, fixed annuities, and long-term care strategies. This network also provides access to professional caregivers, trusted estate attorneys, counselors, tax professionals, home health care providers and geriatric care managers.
Jeff began his career in the financial arena while still in college. While pursuing a business degree in insurance company management at The University of Alabama, he acquired his life and health insurance license. Today, he still holds that license, and has passed his Series 65 securities exam.
A resident of the North Metropolitan area in Atlanta since 1983, Jeff and his wife, Jennifer, have three wonderful sons, Aaron, Ian and Will. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing and working on the family farm.
